Simon takes after his mom and dad. We put him on his tummy for "Tummy Time" where he's supposed to exercise his head and neck, and he just takes it as an opportunity for a nap. Luckily he lifts his head a lot when he's laying on one of us, when he's in the Moby carrier, and when we're burping him.
