Amazing. It's 3am. Simon had a late night meal, put on some clean pants (with my help), and went right back to sleep. Typically, it's been taking him about an hour and a half after each late night meal to stop shrieking and settle down, but tonight he just went right back to sleep. Exactly the way you imagine peaceful little babies would behave, not like the werewolf we've been taking care of for the past couple of weeks. I'm not sure what I did right this time; probably just good luck. I almost want to wake up Betsy just so I can tell her what a great job I/Simon did, but that would be so wrong. This is all I care about right now. The Little Dude is not freaking out. I'm not really sure if they ever plugged up that oil pipe in the Gulf, but what I do know is that right here and right now, Simon is not freaking out.
