Simon is reading himself a version of Pushkin fairy tales which seems to be hilarious. If only we spoke his language! He is using his favorite incomprehensible phrase, "wanni waninah." He says this all the time, we keep wondering what it means. I think it's just a placeholder, like "yadda yadda yadda".
